Services Provided

Diagnostic Services – exams and x-rays
Preventive – cleanings, fluoride treatments and sealants
Restorative Services – fillings, extractions, pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, and space maintainers

Who is eligible for services? 

Clients ages 0-18 enrolled in one of the following:
  • Regular Medicaid
  • Prestige (Argus Dental)
  • Staywell (Liberty Dental)
  • UnitedHealthcare (UnitedHealthcare Dental)
  • Sunshine (Dental Health & Wellness)
  • Florida Healthy Kids – Argus Dental
  • Florida Healthy Kids - DentaQuest

The dental bus visits all of the elementary schools in Columbia & Hamilton Counties once a year to see qualifying children that have a signed consent from a parent or guardian. Consent forms may be obtained through the child’s school.

The dental bus also accepts appointments after school, on some school holidays, and during the summer. Please call our office if you would like to schedule an appointment.

School-Based Sealant Program 

School-Based Sealant Program
A registered dental hygienist will be taking portable dental equipment into all of the elementary schools in Columbia & Hamilton Counties and providing preventive dental services.

Services Provided:
Dental screenings or assessments
Dental sealants on permanent molars, when needed
Fluoride varnish
Oral hygiene instructions

Who is eligible for services?
ALL 2nd and 5th graders in the elementary schools that have a signed consent from a parent or guardian, regardless of insurance.
