Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less online has a holiday challenge again for the 2017 Holiday Season. The challenge runs from November 13-December 31, 2017. The challenge can be started at any point during the period and helps promote maintaining our weight during the Holiday Season.

In addition to the Holiday Challenge, there is also a Holiday Challenge Paris Virtual Marathon from November 20, 2017-January 2, 2018. You can register for this virtual marathon at any time during the challenge and log your walking/running miles each day. This race includes looping!! When you finish your first 26.2 miles, you have the option to keep logging! You will be taken back to the start line to become an Ultramarathoner!! See how many times you can complete this course before January 2nd.
